The Gnome King of Oz |

Join Peter, the pitcher from Philadelphia, as he
comes to Oz for the first time. Whisked away from
Philadelphia by a balloon bird to be the
airrend boy to Queen Luna from Sandaroo, Peter
decides to takes his chances and let go of
the bird's legs. Unfortunately, he
happens to land near the Runaway Island, where
Ruggedo, the former Gnome King, has been banished
by Ozma. As always, Ruggedo is furious that
someone is in his way. However, when a sea
quake turns the sea upside down and exposes the
sea bottom, Peter and Ruggedo team up and try
to get to Ev. On the way there they climb into a
sunken pirate ship. However, just as they climb
into the ship, the sea turns itself right side up
again and the ship is thrown onto the surface
of the water. They drift to the Land of Ev,
where the Ruggedo can begin his mischief once again.
