After the Love Magnet falls and breaks, the Shaggy Man goes to have it repaired by its creator, Conjo, who is the only person able to fix it. At the same time, Twink and Tom, children who live in Buffalo, New York, are invited to go to Conjo's palace. However, Conjo has evil plans for them, and Twiffle, Conjo's servant, helps the Shaggy Man, Twink, and Tom escape. How this group of four reach Oz is a very exciting adventure.
